They're not getting lazier. Bethesda has ALWAYS been lazy when it comes to bugs.

Quite frankly, to say this as blunt as possible, people want maximum profit for minimum work. See most games now days. there are very few companies where this is not true. The only one I can think of Valve. Atlus has been reusing PS1 sprites for their DS SMT games,Nintendo basically sold us a $20 DLC pack for $50, Bethesda releases games without doing a proper bug test, Microsoft/Bungie gave us 4 halo games running basically the same engine, Capcom basically adds 8 new characters and calls a game Ultra :Insert Title here:, etc.
Yeah, Human beings, by default, are lazy. Want maximum return for minimum investment.

Uh, no. The ps3 and xbox 360 basically have the same power as far as graphics running goes.

I think my guess here is it depends on the multi-platformed games where each games are being optimize for the said console

Actually just make a simple test on which console is stronger: 1. Get a PS3 and an XBOX 360 2.Go on the top floor of a building (let's say one that has 5 floors) 3. Drop the two consoles from the same height (make sure they land on the same spot as well) 4. Whatever console survives with the less damage is the stronger one

1.Possible loss of a significant amount of money
2.And if you were not the original buyer of the consoles there is a strong possibility of a devastating anger caused by your parents.

I heard that it's because developers don't make full use of the PS3's cell processor. Apparently, it has one full sized core and several mini cores. When making games for the PS3 it's much easier and cost effective to use the full sized one and a mini one. So basically lazy developers. I don't know how much of this is true though,
